What it covers
- Code audit — Read-only architectural and security review of what you already run — including low-code and AI-generated codebases — ending in a findings register.
- Security — Auth on every endpoint, signed and idempotent webhooks, default-deny row-level security, secrets out of the repo, dependency review.
- Production hardening — Payment → hold → record → confirmation audited end to end; refunds, crons and retries made safe; nothing charged without a record.
- Performance — Core Web Vitals, caching, image pipelines, query plans and bundle budgets — measured before and after.
- Observability and CI/CD — Error monitoring, health checks that follow redirects, rollbacks, environment parity and alerts delivered where the team works.
- Incident response — Root-cause analysis, remediation and a write-up a non-technical owner can read.
How we work
Read-only audit first, then fixes in severity order, one system fully through before the next. Standing rules agreed up front — what we may change without asking, what we may never touch. Every fix is proven with a real end-to-end run that charges nobody, and nothing changes in production without a written note of what and why.
